Built from traditional local stone, the house has the feel of a true family home, with beautiful furnishings and artifacts collected over a period of time. Throughout the house there are colourful kilim rugs on the cool stone floors, traditional wall hangings, and a unique collection of old traditional tools and furnishings made of wood, notably a very attractive carved wall cupboard from Ioannina.

With six rooms, the house can sleep up to twelve guests. There are a variety of double and single rooms with three full bathrooms between them. 

A prominent feature of the house is the sense of space created by the big welcoming balcony overlooking the breathtaking Pagasitikos Bay by day and offering magnificent views of sunsets in the evenings. Tranquil terraces with chaise longs and hammocks, patios with shaded sitting areas, an outdoor dining table, the BBQ and a traditional outdoor wood oven all contribute to making life in Belian a memorable outdoor experience.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. On the way you experience views of the bay and local vegetation. 

There are two kayaks, life jackets, beach umbrellas and beach ware at your disposal so you can enjoy leisurely days snorkeling, kayaking, jumping off rocks, fishing and sunbathing.
